Freda was very warm and friendly and I felt very comfortable with her right away. Freda immediately helped me to understand my ladybird deed by speaking to expert and got back to me quickly after my first call. Freda was very communicative throughout the entire process. Since this was a remote sale, Freda was very helpful in dealing with the little things I was unable to do. Freda put a lot of effort into staging and showing the house. The property photographs looked great. Freda’s husband Gene came out to see the house with Freda. He had a lot of good recommendations on things we could do to make the house show better and was able to recommend an exterminator who gave me an excellent rate. Freda was able to find a buyer for my property in just over 4 weeks, which is significantly below the average time on market for the area, all without compromising on the price. Overall I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
